Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking a Concierge to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and explain accommodations with attention to payment methods and rates.

You will respond to guest requests, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and experience in luxury hotel settings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar luxury hotel role.
• Ability to multitask on several items at once.
• Working knowledge of hotel operating systems and Opera.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register hotel guests, explain accommodations and payment methods.
• Check guests in/out, ensure correct rate and room assignment; assist with luggage and directions.
• Provide personal recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction while following Four Seasons policies.
• Assist with pre-arrival emails, monitor chat messages for Concierge/Guest Relations/FD, and create special occasion notes.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, balance bank, and reconcile transactions at shift end.
