• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, lunch, and recess duties.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and staff.
• Communicate positively with students, staff, and families.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.
