Triumph is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring funding requests are processed accurately and on time. You will verify load details, review funding submissions, and communicate with debtors while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred (or four years of proven customer service experience).
• At least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Freight, transportation, factoring, or logistics experience a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines without sacrificing service quality.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and phone etiquette.
• Bilingual Serbian/Macedonian or Russian required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and written communication
• Review and correct funding submissions for accuracy
• Verify load details with debtors following risk management protocols
• Recommend invoice approvals, holds, or denials based on verification results
• Review accounts receivable reports and resolve disputes or open credits
• Guide clients through Triumph's processes and systems with clear training and support
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships
• Maintain confidentiality and handle client information with care
