Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Licensing Coordinator in Duluth, GA. This entry-level role supports foster licensing, prepares home studies, and maintains documentation under supervision.

You will collaborate with families, complete paperwork, and coordinate foster parent training to ensure timely licensing. Applicants should have a 4-year degree in Social Work or related field, bilingual English-Spanish abilities, strong organization, and good written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• At least two years of direct service experience with youth and families (preferred).
• Bilingual English-Spanish required; excellent English communication.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform foster licensing tasks and develop home studies under supervision.
• Maintain accurate licensing documentation and records.
• Coordinate foster parent training and support families through the licensing process.
• Travel to homes as required to ensure compliance and quality.
