National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) seeks a Youth Worker in Duluth, GA to support youth and families in targeted programs. You will engage youth, foster trust, and help youth achieve goals within a safe, caring setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. NYAP offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with minors.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

• Provide leadership and a warm, safe atmosphere for youth.

• Complete required trainings and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional conduct with youth, families and staff.
