Job summary

AiPrise in San Jose is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll work directly with AiPrise's largest customers to understand their compliance challenges, build custom integrations, and ship solutions that make the platform indispensable.

You won't be waiting for a ticket to land in your queue. You'll be in the room with the customer, scoping the problem, writing the code, and deploying the fix, sometimes in the same day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Strong backend fundamentals: one modern language, REST APIs, microservices, relational databases.
• Spanish fluency required for our Spanish-speaking customer base.
• Ability to scope, build, and iterate with ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Embed with key customers to understand onboarding and compliance workflows.
• Design and deploy customer-specific configurations and integrations with vendors.
• Own full lifecycle from scoping through production deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and vendor integrations in real time.
• Provide customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
