Job summary

FXI is seeking a Manufacturing (Pourline) Supervisor in Orange, CA. The role oversees daily pour-line operations, ensures production targets, quality, and safety, and supervises the crew to maintain continuous, efficient production.

The candidate should have 1-5 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory exposure and be bilingual in English and Spanish. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of manufacturing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual English & Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pour line operations to meet production targets, quality, and safety.
• Supervise production staff and coordinate workflow for efficient operations.
• Calibrate streams and prepare equipment for new production runs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized departments and train staff.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals and supplies; minimize scrap and waste.
• Troubleshoot foam production issues and participate in corrective actions.
