Job summary

Chemical Guys in Fontana, CA is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Lead to supervise advanced floor operations for liquid filling and packaging. This bilingual role directs 10+ operators in English and Spanish, coordinates high-speed lines, and serves as senior escalation resource for manufacturing.

You will drive safe production recovery and convert performance data into improvements. Responsibilities include coaching Leads, verifying packout requirements with Quality, monitoring metrics, and leading

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; no college degree required.
• Experience: 5+ years in liquid manufacturing with lead-level responsibility on automated lines.
• Skills: Fluent English and Spanish; strong troubleshooting and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated high-speed filling and packaging operations and coordinate staffing.
• Serve as first technical escalation resource for leads; diagnose problems and coordinate recovery.
• Lead setup/changeover readiness checks with Quality; verify fill volume and batch coding.
• Coach Leads and operators in troubleshooting and standard work; document training.
• Monitor usage, scrap, and yield; coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Ops.
• Anticipate material constraints; coordinate pulls and transfers with Inventory Control.
• Respond to nonconformances; support root-cause investigations with Quality.
• Review metrics and lead improvement trials with documented results.
• Lead shift handoffs and ensure escalation closure.
• Enforce PPE, chemical handling, and safety; manage daily work assignments.
