Chemical Guys in Fontana, CA is seeking a high-performance, bilingual Production Lead to drive our chemical manufacturing lines. This player-coach role oversees full production from raw components to finished goods, supervises 30+ operators, and ensures safety, quality, and GMP compliance.

The position is temp-to-hire: three months with a path to permanent placement for candidates meeting expectations, with opportunities for overtime and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in liquid manufacturing (chemicals/CPG preferred).
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish is highly beneficial.
• Strong math, analytical reporting, and KPI familiarity.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with filling, heat tunnel, and packout equipment.
• HS diploma or GED required; college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize high-speed production lines delivering KPIs.
• Direct a team of 30+ operators in English and Spanish.
• Ensure GMP/Cal-OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Inventory, and Logistics for line readiness.
