FXI, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, seeks a Pourline Supervisor to oversee the pourline operations on-site. The role requires directing hourly staff, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets while coordinating with engineers for PMs and calibration.

The supervisor will maintain SOPs and drive daily 5S and EHS activities. The candidate should have 1–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in foam production, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in foam production and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily pourline operations to meet production targets, quality and safety.
• Supervise hourly staff; manage weekly schedules and timecards.
• Maintain SOPs and Work Instructions for pourline.
• Coordinate PMs and calibration with Pourline Engineers.
