Job summary

FXI is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Santa Teresa, NM. The role oversees the pour line operations, ensures production targets, quality and safety standards are met, and coordinates a right-sized team.

You will lead shift staffing, train and develop operators, monitor equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement to maximize yield and on-time delivery. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (read/write/speak)
• Degree in Management or related field or equivalent on-the-job experience
• 3–5 years of supervisor experience in manufacturing
• ERP experience preferred; SAP familiarity is a plus
• Lean experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safe work environment.
• Lead employee training and development.
• Manage employee performance through reviews and coaching.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and attendance.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules.
• Monitor operations and equipment; coordinate maintenance.
