Kemper Corporation is seeking a bilingual FNOL - Initial Loss representative in McAllen, TX. You will be the first point of contact for customers and provide outstanding service as part of our claims team.

No prior insurance experience is required; a paid training program is provided to equip you with essential claims knowledge and processes. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Good typing skills – 25 WPM with 95% accuracy.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior and responsive customer service in a call center.
• Receive incoming calls from customers regarding claims.
• Enter information into the claims system and initiate the claims handling process.
• Answer customer questions and direct requests to appropriate departments.
