Job summary

Gorman & Company is seeking a bilingual Floating Leasing Specialist to support affordable and workforce housing across Summit County, CO. You will lease units, conduct guided tours, and build relationships with residents and partners to ensure a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities include move-in/out support, administrative tasks, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain compliant processes. Local travel is required; a valid license is essential.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
2+ years leasing experience.
Local to Summit County and able to travel 100% across mountain portfolio.
Valid driver’s license and insurability requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lease apartments in line with policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
Conduct community tours and provide a personalized resident experience.
Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads to leases.
Support outreach marketing, networking, and market research.
