Gorman & Company is seeking a Floating Leasing Specialist to support Summit County, CO communities. You’ll lease apartments, conduct tours, and build strong relationships with residents and teams across our mountain portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Local to Summit County with ability to travel the portfolio.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments in line with policies, Fair Housing, and affordable housing laws.
• Give guided community tours and provide a personalized resident experience.
• Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads to signed leases.
• Support outreach marketing, networking, and competitor research.
• Assist with move-in and move-out to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Handle administrative tasks and data entry; manage service requests.
• Support compliance and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
