Intermex Wire Transfer LLC. in the United States is seeking an energetic Fintech Sales Account Manager / Area Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with assigned area agents, manage FX investments, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires evening and weekend work, experience in outbound phone-based sales, strong analytical skills, and bilingual English/Spanish; collaboration with Field and Internal sales teams is essential for maximizing transactions and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Analytical and mathematical reasoning to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and build strong relationships with current and new agents.
• Monitor and negotiate FX rates, commissions and fees to increase volume.
• Perform market analysis on competitor rates and pricing.
• Assist agents with transactions and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.
