Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and hold a high school diploma. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently perform bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and payments.
• Process payments and update customer records in company systems.
