World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and achieving performance goals across sales and collections.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
