World Finance is hiring a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, handle collections, and provide tax services to customers. The role involves daily outbound dialing, in-person customer meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation ranges from $15–$18 per hour based on experience and location, with performance-based bonuses. Bilingual English/Spanish required to serve diverse customers and expand branch results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, and account questions.
