Heights Finance, a member of the Attain Finance family, is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Aurora, IL. You will deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and help customers secure the financial solutions they need.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:30pm) with evenings and weekends as needed, hourly pay between $17.75 and $24.25, and comprehensive benefits from day one, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service and guide customers through the loan process with care and professionalism.
• Drive sales growth using consultative techniques to educate customers on financial products and services.
• Engage customers with inbound calls and proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
• Support delinquency management by collaborating with customers on past-due accounts and offering solutions.
• Learn through hands-on training with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and assets.
