Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a skilled technology support professional to assist independent financial advisors with complex tech issues and seamless resolution. You will triage, coordinate across teams, and coach users on approved platforms and workflows.

With 5+ years in technology support and strong MS 365 knowledge, you will explain concepts clearly to non-technical clients and work bilingually in English and French across Eastern Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology support or related advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of end-user tech environments and MS 365.
• Able to triage issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Fully bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist independent financial advisors with escalated tech issues and guide resolution.
• Provide direct technical assistance within scope and expertise.
• Liaise between advisors and internal tech support teams to ensure progress.
• Coach advisors on using approved technology platforms and workflows.
• Create advisor-facing guidance materials and job aids.
• Support technology standards, cybersecurity, data handling, and risk evaluation.
• Assist new advisors with tech setup and readiness with internal teams.
• Travel within the Eastern region to support advisors.
