Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an experienced technology support advisor to serve as a trusted resource for independent financial advisors across Eastern Canada. You will work remotely, coaching on platforms, security best practices, and coordinating escalated issues to minimize disruption.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, end-user environments, cybersecurity fundamentals, and full bilingual fluency in English and French, with willingness to travel within Eastern Canada.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technology support or a similar client-facing IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, end-user environments, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with willingness to travel within Eastern Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assess escalated issues, coordinate internal support, and guide resolutions to minimize disruption.
• Create advisor-facing guides and provide one-on-one coaching on approved platforms and security practices.
• Support new advisors, transitioning practices, and technology-related business initiatives.
