Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to assist independent financial advisors with technology issues across Quebec and Eastern Canada. The role combines hands-on problem solving with guiding users on approved tools, processes, and security standards.

A bilingual English/French capability is essential. The position is fully remote, based in Quebec, with responsibilities extending across Eastern Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical or advisor support, or a related user-facing role.
• Strong understanding of end-user tech environments and MS 365.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Postsecondary education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support independent financial advisors with technology issues from assessment to resolution.
• Coordinate internal support and follow cases through to resolution.
• Liaise between advisors and internal teams to minimize disruption.
• Identify recurring tech challenges and communicate patterns to teams.
• Help advisors understand and adopt approved tech tools and resources.
• Provide bilingual, practical technology guidance and create user resources.
