Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Bilingual Field Technology Consultant to support independent financial advisors with escalated tech issues and guidance on Manulife technologies across the Eastern region. This role emphasizes practical cybersecurity and data handling guidance, with English and French communication supported for advisors in Canada and beyond.

The position requires strong end-user technology knowledge, collaboration across internal teams, and the ability to travel within the Eastern region

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology support or a similar client-facing IT role.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users in English and French.
Willingness and ability to travel within the Eastern region as required.

Responsibilities

Support advisors with escalated technology issues by coordinating internal support and guiding resolution.
Provide direct assistance for technology issues within scope and capability.
Liaise between advisors and internal support teams to move issues forward and communicate pain points.
Help advisors understand and adopt Manulife technologies, services, and approved workflows.
Deliver 1:1 coaching and develop job aids for users with varying technical comfort.
