Job summary

Staff Pro Workforce LLC is seeking a Field Staffing Coordinator to source, recruit, and place staff for events and worksites. The role is fast-paced, people-first, requiring hustle, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple pipelines while maintaining coverage.

Responsibilities include processing staffing orders, deploying field personnel, serving as the main contact for workers, and ensuring proper credentials and site access.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Event, hospitality, or light industrial environments a strong plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and fulfill staffing orders for events.
• Coordinate deployment of staff to assignments with proper coverage.
• Serve as primary contact for workers on events.
• Conduct pre-event briefings; ensure credentials and site access.
• Monitor attendance and backfill staffing when gaps arise.
• Source and recruit candidates for field roles.
• Post positions across boards to drive applicant flow.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for readiness and fit.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for rapid deployment.
• Participate in job fairs and local recruiting events.
• Guide onboarding including I-9, E-Verify, and orientation.
• Ensure workers are credentialed and meet background checks.
• Track hours and assist with payroll timekeeping.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems.
• Provide scheduling support and coverage tracking.
