Job summary

Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking Field Service Representatives to educate participants about retirement and health benefit plans. You will travel regionally to worksites and union halls, conduct meetings to explain benefits, and resolve participant issues.

Training is provided, with a clear path for career growth and ongoing development. Responsibilities include bilingual communication in English and Spanish, supporting benefits documentation, and interacting with diverse individuals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Prior experience in pensions, benefits, training and/or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally to worksites and union halls to present to plan participants (overnight stays possible).
• Coordinate and conduct individual, small, and large group meetings to explain benefits and answer questions.
• Take ownership of participant benefit issues to ensure resolution.
• Communicate with participants in English and Spanish (verbal/written).
• Support benefit documentation using the MS Office tools.
• Interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• Progress through a structured career development program.
