AT&T seeks Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You will connect with customers through scheduled appointments, close deals with demos and Wi‑Fi assessments, and leverage uncapped commissions with earnings up to around $100,000.

New hires receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and a path to high earnings through performance in the Portland area, with a strong emphasis on service and relationship building.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—we provide a company vehicle for official use only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers’ homes.
• Close deals using hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery/resolutions.
