Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Cincinnati, OH area. You will visit customer job sites and offices, identify needs, provide solutions, and grow our presence in the construction fastener market.

This field-based role requires daily travel within the territory and offers opportunities for commission-based earnings and professional growth within a national distributor network.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills are required.
• Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a geographic territory independently.
• Prior sales experience in construction/industrial markets is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the sales territory.
• Make regular in-person visits to customer job sites and offices.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, and Management to support customer needs.
• Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity reports.
• Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and training sessions.
• Promote Triangle Fastener Corporation’s brands and services.
