Job summary

EmployBridge in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Field Recruiter to help attract great people to work and support order fulfillment. You will brainstorm, market postings, use social media, interview candidates, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

This role offers a base salary with monthly bonus potential and an benefits package for full-time colleagues, plus opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing.
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate the platforms we use.
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations.
• A Strong customer service focus
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
