EmployBridge is seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join our team in Indiana. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles, from posting jobs to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.

You will build relationships with hiring managers, source top talent across platforms, conduct interviews, and coordinate background checks. The role offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential, with full benefits for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or other customer-facing role and a desire to learn.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Strong computer experience and aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms and use sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Extend offers and facilitate on-boarding while ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Participate in job fairs, community events, and networking to promote the company and build the talent pipeline.
