Job summary

LeeBoy is seeking a Rapid Response Technician based at our Lincolnton, NC facility. The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and field service across our dealer network to ensure optimal product performance.

Travel is expected to 25% to dealerships, customer sites, and worksites. The candidate will train distributors and dealer technicians, handle field issues, and collaborate with Engineering to diagnose root causes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3–5 years in technical support, service, or field operations.
• Experience delivering technical training to groups.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude; certifications or technical degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for dealers, providing expert troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues promptly.
• Track, escalate, and follow up on unresolved technical concerns to ensure full resolution.
• Document and report field issues related to quality, reliability, durability, and safety.
• Install, commission, and support new or modified equipment at customer locations.
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and minimize downtime.
• Deliver technical training programs for distributors, dealer technicians, and customers.
• Educate end users on proper and safe equipment operation.
• Respond promptly to service requests, prioritizing customer needs.
