Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as a Service Technician with mechanical/electrical setup experience.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with ABB/Fanuc robotics is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install aftermarket parts and test to standard.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and service work orders.
• Diagnose problems and identify repair options.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders for parts.
• Document work with detailed service tickets.
• Communicate service results and recommendations to customers.
• Travel up to 75% in North America; may cover other regions.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure uptime.
