Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of field operations experience in human services, outreach, case management, investigations, or similar.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, public administration or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; meet travel requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document objectively and timely.
• Pass background checks and security requirements; pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits within assigned geographic region.
• Verify participant residence information and document findings accurately.
• Observe and document safety and wellness indicators per procedures.
• Record household and contact information per program protocols.
• Utilize approved tools and mobile tech to complete timely documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, language services and program staff.
• Complete visit documentation, reports and data entry timely and accurately.
• Identify safety concerns and reportable risks per procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards; protect sensitive information.
