Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is hiring a Bilingual Field Operations Specialist to support a federal human services program in Greensboro, NC. The role is field-based, requiring frequent travel and independent work from residential and community settings.

You will conduct in-person visits, verify residence information, document observations, and coordinate with program staff while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Strong bilingual skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of field operations or related experience.
• Bachelor's/Associate in social services or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically 75–90% with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person field visits across the assigned region.
• Verify participant residence and document findings.
• Observe safety and wellness indicators per program procedures.
• Document data using secure systems and mobile tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors and program staff.
• Complete timely visit reports and data entry.
• Travel frequently including overnight stays.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
