Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking a bilingual field operations specialist to support a federal human services program in Washington, DC and surrounding areas. This field-based role involves frequent travel, in-person visits, verifying residence information, engaging participants, and documenting observations in line with program requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of field operations experience in human services or related area.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently on short notice and comply with background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned in-person field visits within an assigned geographic region.
• Verify whether participants reside at assigned residential locations and document findings.
• Observe and document safety and wellness indicators using established program procedures.
• Identify and record relevant household and contact information per program protocols.
• Utilize approved tools, mobile technology, and secure systems to complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch teams, language access services, quality review teams, and program operations staff.
• Conduct follow-up visits or address verification activities as required.
• Complete visit documentation, reports, and data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify and elevate safety concerns or reportable risks per procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
• Protect sensitive participant, program, and government information.
• Follow all field safety, travel, communication, and situational awareness protocols.
