The Research and Evaluation Group (EvalGroup) is seeking a Field Data Collector to conduct accurate, culturally responsive surveys with assigned respondents in Maryland. You will follow project protocols, protect confidentiality, and engage respectfully with diverse communities.

This role requires reliable transportation, strong communication, and independent time management to meet quality standards and complete field activities.

Qualifications

• Reliable, working vehicle suitable for field travel.
• Valid automobile insurance meeting Maryland state minimum liability requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow structured protocols.
• Experience engaging with community members and maintaining professionalism in field settings.
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate, complete, and culturally responsive surveys with assigned respondents.
• Follow all project protocols and adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Engage effectively and respectfully with diverse and vulnerable populations.
• Maintain flexible availability to conduct surveys at different times of day based on project needs.
• Ensure all surveys meet quality standards and submit completed work for review and approval.
• Document field activity with precision, including mileage logs, survey status, and respondent information.
• Maintain consistent communication with project leadership.
• Comply with safety guidelines and maintain transportation and insurance.
• Additional duties as assigned.
