Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Field Coordinator in Houston, TX to support daily operations and ensure projects move smoothly from order to completion. This role collaborates with customers, sales reps, warehouse staff, drivers, and installers to coordinate deliveries, field measurements, and project updates.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing office duties with field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and accurate data entry.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer, order, delivery, and project records.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer deliveries with warehouse staff and drivers.
• Schedule and coordinate installer appointments and installation activities.
• Conduct jobsite visits and customer visits as needed.
• Perform accurate field measurements and document findings.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, drivers, and installers.
• Identify and help resolve delivery, measurement, installation, and jobsite issues.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and handling cabinets, materials, samples, and other products when needed.
• Support additional office and field operations as assigned.
