A leading financial services provider is seeking a Bilingual Account Development Executive to enhance their operations in Mid and South Ohio. The role involves managing existing agents and establishing new partnerships through in-person visits. Candidates must have sales experience, bilingual skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to forge strong relationships. Competitive compensation with a base salary of $55,000 USD per year and additional benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience; direct Money Transfer industry experience highly preferred.
• Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Self-motivated, self-assured, and demonstrate integrity.

Responsibilities

• In-person visits to agents, traveling 4-5 days per week.
• Manage and grow existing network relationships.
• Analyze productivity reports and work within budget.
