Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about payer policies and processes for patient access.
• Build strong relationships by understanding needs and offering solutions.
• Be an expert on Axsome patient support programs and payer management.
• Collaborate with Managed Markets and Sales to address access challenges.
• Educate sales colleagues on product access and patient support programs.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes.
