Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of healthcare, field customer, and/or account management in pharma.
• 2+ years as Field Access Manager or RAM with retail meds; neurology experience preferred.
• Must reside in designated geography and travel up to 50–75%.
• Knowledge of CNS therapies and payer criteria for prior authorization.

Aufgaben

• Educate customers on payer policies, eligibility, prior authorization, and denials.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
• Be the expert on Axsome patient support programs and payer utilization management.
• Collaborate with Managed Markets and Sales to address access challenges.
• Educate sales colleagues on product access and patient support programs.
• Maintain current knowledge of local and national payer landscape.
• Deliver engagements across virtual and in-person settings.
• Report territory activity accurately and promptly as directed.
