Job summary

Child & Family Resources in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Parent Educator to provide home visits under the Parents as Teachers program. You will support families, conduct family-centered assessments, deliver monthly group connections, and maintain a caseload of 15 families with timely data entry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two+ years experience with young children (0–5) and families.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; experience with AzEIP/home visitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for a 15-family caseload.
• Deliver PAT curricula and monthly group connections.
• Coordinate with families, IEP/AzEIP meetings and evaluations.
• Maintain records and data entry (Penelope).
• Attend trainings and meetings; evenings/weekends may be required.
