The Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey seeks a Unity Family Success Center Family Partner in Irvington, NJ. You will greet visitors, conduct intake, and connect families to resources, acting as a key community contact in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include delivering Spanish-language workshops, translating materials, and supporting events. Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Formación

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in community-based/human services programs.
• Experience in prevention-related programs.
• Three to five years of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors, in-person and via phone, and offer welcome tours.
• Instruct participants to complete program forms and direct them accordingly.
• Connect families to needed resources with information, referrals, and advocacy.
• Assist with Family Success Center activities and events including marketing, outreach, and registrations.
• Track information on services provided and report data monthly.
• Translate program materials into Spanish to ensure accessibility and cultural relevance.
• Interpret and adapt workshop content into Spanish for accuracy and engagement.
• Deliver workshops in Spanish with effective participant engagement.
• Assist with tracking and organizing materials and program supplies/inventory.
• Assist with office functions, including mail processing and catering for activities.
• Handle other duties as required.
