Center for Family Services is seeking a Family Partner for the New Day Family Success Center in Pleasantville, NJ. This full-time role greets visitors, connects families to resources, and facilitates monthly workshops to support families and the community.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to meet community needs; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, associates degree in the field preferred.
• Bilingual individuals encouraged to apply.
• Current driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years).
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration.
• Atlantic County resident preferred.
• Hours subject to change based on community need; flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
• Connect families to area resources and maintain files.
• Facilitate monthly workshops to educate and support families.
• Support families with respect and help identify their strengths.
• Participate in community outreach and tabling events with personal vehicle.
• Assist in keeping the center clean and organized.
