Formación

• Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.
• National board certification as an FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, preventive services, lifestyle counseling, immunizations, and ongoing monitoring.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostics within scope.
• Perform office-based procedures such as wound care, lesion management, injections, and drainage.
• Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and age-appropriate preventive services.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty care and allied services as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, medications, and preventive health measures.
