Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a dedicated Family Connector to join the Family Resource Center (FRC). The FRC is part of a statewide network offering multicultural parenting resources, support groups, and early childhood services to strengthen family bonds.

The ideal candidate will have lived experience in the Latinx community, strong knowledge of local dynamics and immigrant family issues, and bilingual ability (English/Spanish or Portuguese).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Knowledge of local community and immigrant family issues.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of Project RISE at the Family Resource Center.
• Conduct capacity building activities with Community Engagement consultants.
• Plan and execute community design strategy workshops with Community Engagement consultants.
• Refer individuals and families to clinical services when needed.
• Coordinate with community providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
