Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts seeks a Bilingual Family Partner to join our Family Resource Center team. You will conduct intake assessments, collaborate with clinicians, and craft culturally responsive family support plans for CRA‑involved youth and families.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese to engage diverse families.
• Lived experience with CRA issues or children with special needs preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and collaborate with clinicians to support CRA-involved youth or those at risk.
• Develop and execute creative and outside-the-box interventions to support individuals and families.
• Develop culturally sensitive, strengths-based family support plans that address identified needs and preferences.
• Create and implement innovative interventions to support individuals and families.
• Lead assigned workshops or groups, including Evidence-Based Parenting Groups.
