You will conduct intake assessments, develop strengths-based plans, and lead workshops while collaborating with clinicians. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lived experience with this population.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and collaborate with clinicians to support CRA-involved youth or those at risk.
• Develop and execute creative interventions to support individuals and/or families.
• Develop culturally sensitive, strengths-based family support plans that address identified needs and preferences.
• Create and implement innovative interventions to support individuals and families.
• Lead assigned workshops or groups, including Evidence-Based Parenting Groups.
