Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Lynn, MA seeks a dedicated Bilingual Family Partner to join the Family Resource Center. You will draw on lived experience dealing with CRA issues or children with special needs to support diverse families and strengthen community connections.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, developing culturally sensitive family plans, and leading workshops such as Evidence-Based Parenting Groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lived experience with CRA issues or children with special needs.
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.

• Lead assigned workshops or groups, including Evidence-Based Parenting Groups.

Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Family Partner to join our Family Resource Center (FRC) team. The FRC is part of a statewide network of community-based programs offering multicultural parenting resources, support groups, and early childhood services. Our goal is to help families strengthen their bonds, connect with others, and engage in their communities.

As a Family Partner, you will assist families by drawing on your own lived experience related to CRA issues or children with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage and support individuals and families from culturally and economically diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm or 10:00am-6:00pm

Hourly Rate

$21.48 - $21.48 USD
