Chavez & Valko, LLP, a full-service immigration law firm, seeks talented Family-based Immigration Paralegals for its Dallas and Fort Worth, TX offices. It is a great opportunity to step into an established firm with an excellent reputation of representing immigrants.

The candidates will primarily handle family-based immigration cases, with some removal defense cases as needed.

Duties include communicating with clients, drafting support letters and forms, reviewing filings, communicating with various government agencies.

Ideal candidates should have at least two years of immigration law firm experience, including adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing cases. Must possess excellent analytical skills, great writing skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others. Must be highly ethical and professional, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Spanish fluency is preferred.
