Job description

We are in need of a Family-Based Immigration Paralegal who is fluent in Spanish and English, for remote position.

The paralegal will be responsible for preparing USCIS and NVC filings, communicating with clients, managing deadlines, and performing other functions assigned by management related to cases.

Experience in ALL family type petitions, including I-130, I-485, I-539, I-765, I-601, I-212, I-601A, I-198B, Asylum, Waivers, crimmigration, nonimmigrant visas, U visas, T visas, n-400 and CRBA.

Minimum 5 years of EOIR immigration paralegal experience preferred.

Must have access to a computer, internet and cell phone service. Must have experience with email, Google Drive, Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Must have full-time availability. Must be able to be online from 9am-5pm central time. Strong writing skills required.

Required experience/knowledge: CRBA, Asylum, Appeals, Waivers, Humanitarian Reinstatement (204I), Paroles (HP/AP), PIP, 42B - Cancellation of Removal, TN-Visa, E2, J1, F1, L1, Bond Request and Prosecutorial Discretion EOIR. We are looking for someone who is professional, highly organized, punctual, has sharp attention to detail, self-motivated and demonstrates disposition in helping other team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Capable of drafting Immigration applications independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Constant communication with their clients
• Minimum of 5+ years family-based immigration experience
• Full-time availability

Pay: From $47,840.00 per year
