REQUIREMENTS:

• Preparing and filing applications with USCIS, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, provisional waivers, naturalization, and U Visas.
• Preparing and filing applications with the Immigration Court, with high emphasis on asylum and cancellation of removal applications.
• Submitting supplemental evidence filings with EOIR (Executive Office of Immigration Review) in advance of Individual/Merits Hearings.
• Completing affidavits with clients and drafting motions and applications for filing with the Immigration Court.

EXPERIENCE:

• Immigration Paralegal: 2 years (Required)

SKILLS:

• Spanish fluency
• Technology competency, including Office 365 and matter management tools
• Customer service experience or ability to communicate clearly and calmly with clients
• Ability to handle demanding situations and adhere to the motto of going above & beyond to service our clients.
